Well, this is something similar to those game grumps animations, but in this case... it was already an animation! Seriously i don't see the point of this. The star is for the effort.

No it isn't illegal, it's fine if it its an animations, that's what matters.

Maybe you can try to get more original SFX, interesting idea but predictable ending.

I usually don't like this movies and don't even review them but i think i could help you, try balancing more the audio levels so the voices don't mix making them so incomprehensible, try making a better story, maybe that would make in interesting. Cameras are good tough.
